1. Scope (적용범위)

This procedure describes surface preparation and painting activities for products which are produced

by KanghaNet Co., Ltd..

(이 절차서는 ㈜강하넷에서 생산하는 생산품의 표면전처리 및 도장작업에 대하여 설명한다.)

2. Code and Standard (적용규격)

The valve shall be supplied in strict accordance with the latest issue in effect (unless otherwise noted),

at time of purchase order, code and standards, in addition the supplier shall comply with the Customer's

specification.

(제품은 별도의 명기가 없는 경우 발주서, 규격 및 표준에 따라 최신호에 명시된대로 공급되어야 하며, 공급업체는 고객의 사양을 준수

해야 한다.)

3. General Requirement (일반사항)

3.1 The valve shall be coated in accordance with the painting specification. In case of conflict between

the KanghaNet's painting procedure and owner's coating specification, the owner's coating specification

shall prevail. In addition, when working outside the coating specification, apKanghaNet from the customer

is required.

(밸브는 도장사양에 따라 도장되어야 한다. 강하넷의 도장절차서와 고객의 도장사양이 상충하는 경우에는 고객의 도장사양을

우선한다. 또한 도장사양에서 벗어나 작업할 경우 고객의 승인이 필요하다.)

3.2 The painting sub-contractor shall adequately protect all stored materials from damage due to con-

tamination, rain, and/or freezing temperature.

(도장업체는 보관하는 모든 자재를 오염, 비, 강추위 등으로 인한 손상으로부터 적절히 보호해야 한다.)

3.3 All paint and coating material shall be supplied to the worksite in their unopened, cleary and identifi-

able containers.

(모든 페인트 및 도장자재는 개봉되지 않고, 제품의 식별이 가능한 깨끗한 용기로 현장에 공급되어야 한다.)

3.4 Paint and coating materials shall be used before the expiration of their shelf-life.

(페인트 및 도장자재는 제품수명 만료 전에 사용되어야 한다.)
